Cancellation Policy

We know how special each and every surf trip is for our guests, so we do our best to work with everybody’s individual needs, wants and circumstances. With that in mind, once the decision has been made to book our service (surf courses/lessons; Accommodation; Surf Camp; Surf Yoga Camp and etc.) and payment has been received, we stand firmly by our cancellation policy. Just as important is the fact that once a service is booked, that spot becomes unavailable for someone who would have booked otherwise.

By using this website and/or by making a booking you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall take effect from your first use of the website.

Important Information Regarding our Refund Policy

1. Make sure we have room:

During busy periods we can receive several reservations on the same day, so please contact us by email for desirable services. Do not assume you are confirmed until we have received your reservation fee and sent out your reservation confirmation.

Once you have confirmed a reservation our cancellation policy is activated, so wait to make a deposit until you are absolutely sure that you can make it.

2. Late arrival or departure:

Any conditions out of our control that delay your arrival or departure may add to your cost; all extra charges caused by delays (late luggage, extra flights, or catching up with a trip in progress) or any variations from the itinerary (early departure, evacuation) will be at customer expense.

No exceptions are made to our cancellation policy for any reason.

3. Service cancellation:

No partial refunds will be given for unused services such as apartment, Surf Lesson/Surf Courses, Surf Camp; Surf Yoga Camp and etc. Our services are quoted as a package.

If you have booked just surf course or surf lesson, to cancel a surf lesson booked with Fsch - Fuerteventura Surf School, do so 24 hours before your lesson and there is no charge

Changes regarding your surf course dates should be modified with a minimum of 24 hours in advance!

No refunds will be given for any reason.

If you have reserved our services and find that you can’t attend, please contact us. 

If you would prefer to transfer to another available date, please contact us. We cannot transfer reservations at no cost because once you sign up, numerous arrangements are made for you immediately and other potential guests have been denied your reserved space. 

You may sell your reserved services to another person you recruit at any time.

If you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the service start date, a 50% cancellation fee of your deposit will be charged. If you need to cancel your reservation within 29 days or less prior to the service start date, a 75% cancellation fee of the offer will be charged.

If FSCH - Surf School must cancel ordered service fault of their own, all the payment received to date will be refunded.
